Site Visit

Following an enquiry, a site visit will be arranged to introduce ourselves and to view the physical nature of the works and any constraints etc. It would be beneficial to have any design/planning documents available from which the full scope of works can be evaluated / scheduled out to facilitate the build-up of detailed costs. A number of queries may arise, some of which may necessitate a further site visit and some of which can be resolved by phone call or email.

Pricing Schedule

We will then produce a high level pricing schedule with costs shown against a number of work headings, along with an estimated project duration / outline program.

This will be incorporated into a formal quote, complete with details of any assumptions that have been made, provisional sums / re-measurable items and any omissions, and submitted along with our standard terms and conditions.
